Obama to be Czar in 2030

Our political scientist, Brice, conducted an interview with the Chief White House correspondent, who informed him that Obama plans on being Czar of Russia in 2030. When Brice asked him why, he called Brice a racist bigot and stormed out. So with that little information, Brice conducted research. It turns out, that Obama does indeed plan on being Czar of Russia in 2030. What he found was, Obama sees Russia as a threat to National Security, so he wants to be elected in office so he can doom the once superpower. Obama plans to inforce strict gun-free zones, as well as changing their currency to the Drachma. Vladimer Putin, however, sees Obama's plan, and is doing everything in his power to make sure no Muslim can be elected into Russian Office.
